1 1/2 ounces citrus-infused rum, such as Bacardi Limon
Muddle the simple syrup, mint, lime, thyme and blackberries in the bottom of a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Measure in the rum. Shake well, about 20 seconds. Add club soda and shake the contents simultaneously into 2 mojito glasses. Garnish with lime and blackberries.
