2 ounces fresh coconut water or Malibu rum

2 ounces pineapple juice

1 ounce blue curacao

1 ounce vodka

A spritz dry vermouth

Lime wedge (shaken in the shaker, not squeezed)


  1. Combine the coconut water, pineapple juice, blue curacao, vodka, vermouth and lime wedge in a shaker. Shake for 1 minute. Serve cold. Repeat for additional servings.
