As much as the Symons like deviled eggs and pork, they also have an affinity for Scotch, although they all drink it with a single ice cube. I’m more of a bourbon guy, so the amaretto really makes this one an easy sipper. Marlon Brando was onto something!

Directions
- To a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add the Scotch and amaretto. Stir until chilled, then strain into 3 rocks glasses containing 1 big ice cube each. Sip and enjoy.
