Meanwhile, heat the chili in a medium saucepot over medium-low heat.
Place the fries on a serving platter or in a large shallow bowl. Top with the chili, cheese, salsa, tomatoes, sour cream and guacamole. Garnish with the pickled jalapeños, if using, and the cilantro leaves. Serve warm.
