Nacho French Fries

1 1/4 cups frozen waffle fries (from a 20-ounce bag)

1/2 cup prepared chili, no beans 

1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

1/4 cup salsa 

6 cherry tomatoes, sliced in half 

2 tablespoons sour cream 

1/4 cup guacamole 

Pickled jalapeños, optional 

1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves 


  1. Bake the waffles fries to golden brown according to the package instructions.
  2. Meanwhile, heat the chili in a medium saucepot over medium-low heat.
  3. Place the fries on a serving platter or in a large shallow bowl. Top with the chili, cheese, salsa, tomatoes, sour cream and guacamole. Garnish with the pickled jalapeños, if using, and the cilantro leaves. Serve warm.
