Popcorn Topping: Pizza (savory)

1/3 cup tomato powder (Terra Spices)

1 tablespoon dried oregano leaves

1 teaspoon red chile flakes

1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic

1 cup nutritional yeast


  1. Combine all ingredients in a spice grinder and grind until finely ground. 
  2. To Mix: Toss 16 cups freshly popped popcorn with 1/2 cup unsalted melted butter. Season liberally with fine sea salt. Toss to coat with 1/4 cup of pizza topping.
