1 pound pick-up size summer sausage

1/2 pound Havarti with dill

1/2 pound Gouda or Edam cheese

1 pound green or red grapes

1 pint grape tomatoes


  1. Remove casing of sausage and slice in 1/2-inch discs. Leave cheese whole and serve with cheese knife or cube up ahead to pack for a picnic. Serve salami and cheese selections with grapes and grape tomatoes.
