Grilled cheese sandwiches have gotten more and more extravagant on social media, and this is Ree’s contribution to taking them over the top. The combination of sweet, salty, creamy and spicy ingredients, with the surprising addition of fresh blackberries, is truly delicious.

Directions
Preheat a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add the prosciutto and cook until crisp, about 2 minutes per side. Remove and turn the heat down to medium-low.
Meanwhile, build the sandwich by topping a piece of the sourdough with the slices of Brie. Push the blackberries into the Brie, making them stick. Top with the crispy prosciutto. Spread the remaining slice of bread with the jam. Place on top of the prosciutto, jam side down.
Mix the butter, balsamic glaze, bagel seasoning and crushed red pepper flakes in a small bowl. Add half to the top of the sandwich and spread to coat. Place, butter side down, into the skillet. Spread the remaining butter on the top of the sandwich and cook until golden, crisp and the Brie is melted, 2 to 3 minutes per side. Remove to a cutting board and slice in half before enjoying.
