Ree made these pretzels to send in a care package to her son, Todd, who was away at college. His football team is called the Coyotes and their colors are red and white, hence, her choice of red and white chocolate. You can adapt this for whatever your colors are.
Melt the white chocolate in a bowl over a pan of hot water, then melt the red melts in their own bowl in the same manner.
Submerge each of the pretzel twists in the white chocolate using a fork, then lift out and tap any excess off on the side of the bowl. Lay them on the parchment paper.
Drizzle over the melted red melt mixture, then sprinkle over the white and red chocolate chips.
Allow to set, about 10 minutes, then serve.
