Tortilla Espanola

Ingredients

2 yellow onions, sliced

6 potatoes, cut with crinkle cutter

10 eggs

Salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Saute yellow onions in olive oil. Fry potatoes until light brown. Combine all ingredients in bowl and season well. Cook in saute pan until eggs are half cooked. Level out top of eggs and bake for 15 minutes.
