One 1- to 1.25-pound bag frozen sweet potato fries

3 tablespoons grated Parmesan 

2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley 

1 teaspoon finely grated lemon zest 

Pinch cayenne 


  1. Bake the sweet potato fries according to the package directions. Toss with the Parmesan, parsley, lemon zest and cayenne. Serve immediately.
