2 tablespoons sugar 

1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon grated lemon zest


  1. Add the heavy cream, sugar, vanilla and lemon zest to a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment. Whip just until soft peaks form.
