1 1/4 cups white bread crumbs

1/4 cup fine sugar

Cinnamon

3 tablespoons brandy

Sauce:

10 apricot halves

1/4 cup apricot juice

Directions

  1. Grate potatoes. Measure and sift flour. Measure butter. Soak sugar lumps in brandy. Remove stone of whole apricots. Measure bread crumbs, sugar and brandy. Measure ingredients for sauce.
