1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 tablespoon granulated sugar


  1. In a bowl combine the cream, vanilla extract, and sugar. Whip until soft peaks form. The cream should have a satiny appearance. It should not be grainy.
