Bobby Flay has lots of experience, but can anything really prepare him to take on three former Throwdown competitors in an all-against-one rematch? In this special one-hour installment of the Throwdown series, all-stars Butch Lupinetti (BBQ), Delilah Winder (Mac-n-Cheese) and Nigel Spence (Jerk Ribeye) join forces in sun splashed Miami to take on the Iron Chef one more time. The focus is on grilling, as each side must master a menu of Pork Tenderloin, Whole Fish, and Vegetable Skewers in front of a live audience. This show is full of surprises – including a mystery guest – that will keep everyone on their toes and under pressure. It's "grill or go home!"
It's adventure on the high seas ... or at least in the Gulf ... when Brooke books a catering job aboard a fishing boat for friends visiting from New Zealand. Brad, however, has other business ideas, and uses the downtime on the cruise to set up a Shed pulled pork sandwich concession with Hobson, right there on the beach. While Brooke and crew catch fish (and have a close encounter with a shark), Brad races back and forth to The Shed on his speed boat when he runs out of sandwiches to sell. Back on land, Big Hoss is recruited by his daughter's summer day camp to give a demonstration on barbecue, and the gentle giant in turn recruits Hazel to come and help him out.
From a jaw-dropping 12-pound pizza and a 10-pound bowl of pho to a 5-pound piece of Hog Heaven in the Pig Out Hall of Fame, these one-of-a-kind dishes are worth celebrating.
