Island Flavor

This trip, Guy's cruisin' through Hawaii for an authentic taste of Oahu. In Waipahu, the family-run Filipino joint serving up scratch-made favorites straight outta mama's cookbook like the lechon special and pork adobo fried rice. In Kailua, the tiny cafe serving up modern twists on Hawaiian classics like red curry fish and the super flavorful Mandarin duck confit. And on the windward side of the island, in Kaneohe, the tiny authentic Hawaiian drive-in where a world-class chef is crankin' out crazy fresh fish like pan-fried ono and signature ahi cakes.

Only At This Joint

Guy Fieri checks out joints doing one-of-a-kind favorites from coast to coast. In Portland, Ore., a BBQ place smoking trout and lamb ribs; in Deerfield Beach, Fla., a beach town pub doing a new twist on Oysters Rockefeller; and in Boise, Idaho, a tire store turned diner where they'll put just about anything on their mac and cheese.

Streamlined Sammies

This trip, Guy's pullin' right up to the window and digging in. In Austin, Texas, the tiny trailer serving up scratch-made sammies to customers on the street and in the bar next door. In Minneapolis, a food truck cranks out fresh lobster rolls that do double duty in a dive bar. And in Dallas, a side-of-the-road joint focuses on one thing only: burgers.

Real Deal Fast Food

Guy Fieri tracks down some great places that prove fast food can also be great food. In Fairhope, Ala., a where a trained chef is doing fast food the old European way -- pressed panini sandwiches, filled with everything homemade, even the mozzarella; in Austin, Texas, homemade tacos done every which way -- from breakfast, to carne asada, al pastor, fish tacos, and more -- and even the salsa is made from scratch; and in Gilbert, Ariz., a fast food joint right on the farm, where they're growing much of the menu out back, and the burgers and pizzas are made and topped with the freshest ingredients.

Comfort Food

Guy Fieri uncovers some of America's greatest comfort food including a Baltimore cafe with a variety of French Toast, a third-generation family place in San Antonio with comfort food Texas style, a bakery-turned-restaurant in south Florida and a Huntington, W.V. cafe with home made cornbread.

Triple D Nation: Meat Mashup

Guy Fieri is reliving his most meat-tastic memories, starting in Kansas City, Mo., at an award-winning BBQ joint serving up pork belly burnt ends. Then, a taqueria in Dallas is still flipping the script on Tex-Mex and bringing real deal Mex-Tex to the masses. And a sub shop is winning over Washington, D.C., with their huge hoagies and homemade everything.

Like Mama Made

Guy Fieri rolls out to some great places where the recipes really do come from mama: The St. Louis landmark where a former backup singer for Ike and Tina Turner is dishing up real deal soul food; the Mexican restaurant in a Phoenix gas station where everything's authentic, from the carne asada to the home-made menudo; and the Kentucky truck stop with real country cookin' -- and home made biscuits come with just about anything.

Neighborhood Joints

Guy Fieri searches out some neighborhood favs including the St. Louis tavern cranking out authentic international dishes like home made German spaetzle; the Virginia café where calzones are a taste of New York; BBQ at what looks like a New Jersey diner, in Arizona; and the Philadelphia area diner that's so local the regulars have their own coffee cups to help wash down the scrapple.

Triple D Nation: Cultural Cookin'

Guy Fieri is getting culture shock, starting with a French-inspired Hawaiian hot spot transformed from a hole-in-the-wall lunch counter to a dine-in destination. Then, he checks in with a Lebanese joint outside Dallas, run by restaurant royalty keeping tradition alive. And in Santa Fe, N.M., a Salvadoran chef is whipping up culinary classics from his home country.

Triple D Nation: Fresh from Flavortown

On this trip, it's Flavortown at its freshest. In Maui, Hawaii, Guy Fieri stops by a food truck for hamachi straight from the sea, served up on chilled soba noodles. Then, an empanada empire in Houston, Texas, is dishin' out churrasco and chimichurri, and a Chicago hot spot known for their homemade chorizo is crankin' out three different concepts from one kitchen.
