Back in Flavortown Market, Guy Fieri pranks three all-star chefs who endured the at-home games of GGG Delivery by having them compete using the contents of the dreaded Delivery boxes! First, they have to make a feast using some really tiny ingredients. Then, the all-stars throw darts to choose the flavors they have to highlight in their dinner, but they have to pick ingredients that match those flavors out of another Delivery box! The winning chef gets to spin the Delivery Money Wheel for a shot at up to $20,000.
Guy Fieri invites two powerhouse culinary duos from Los Angeles and San Francisco to prepare three-course feasts designed to prove which city's food is best. First up, the teams must make a 15-minute cold appetizer and 30-minute hot appetizer featuring iconic food items from both cities. Then, in a game inspired by each city's legendary sports teams, the chefs must score footballs to decide how many ingredients they can include in their regional entrees. The city team with the highest combined score wins $15,000 and Golden State bragging rights.
Guy Fieri has four culinary all-stars battling against the clock in three games where they'll have to both shop and cook in 20 minutes or less. First, they must make a fried feast in just 15 minutes. Then, they go on a record-breaking trip around the world making an international dinner in less than 20 minutes. Finally, the two remaining chefs will make a guilty pleasure in just 20 minutes. It's a battle of speed and only one all-star will earn a chance at a quick $20,000.
Guy Fieri brings back three pairs of rival chefs who previously faced off one-on-one. First, two budget-brawlers settle the score in a round that has them shopping for ingredients under $5 for their family dinners. Next, a couple of food scientists face-off in a game that forces them to shop for their dishes in either the odd or even aisles. The final round brings back two Flavortown all-stars for an exact recreation of their first matchup. The winner of each round wins ultimate bragging rights and a guaranteed $5,000.
Everything in Flavortown must go, and Guy Fieri has the perfect solution: a clearance war! He gives four chefs a list of clearance items that they must use over the course of the competition. Using all of the mandatory ingredients while making a high-end dinner in the first round could buy them an early trip home. But waiting until the final round to use the bulk of these off-putting items in their spicy seafood feast could cost them the game and the big shopping spree worth up to $20,000.
Guy Fieri knows that food trucks have surged in popularity recently, so he's bringing in three teams of food truck chefs to battle it out for Flavortown superiority. First, a brand-new game has the teams splitting up to shop separate halves of the store for their bestselling dish. Then the chefs must shop for their best handheld duo using only their bare hands! Ultimately, one food truck duo will serve up enough delicious food to zoom past the others and earn a shopping spree worth up to $20,000.
It's the end of Guy Fieri's Summer Games, so he has the three DDD finalists take a virtual summer road trip! The chefs cruise the store and stop at "roadside" stands to pick up state-inspired food items that they must feature in an upscale diner dish. Then the two top-scorers salute that iconic road trip destination, Las Vegas, by playing a budget version of blackjack -- with special guest dealer Hunter Fieri -- to determine how much they can spend on ingredients for their steak dinner. The chef with the highest score at the end of both rounds wins the $25,000 tournament jackpot!
The three finalists must conquer Guy Fieri's most extreme aisle games, starting with aisle auction. The chefs outbid each other for exclusive shopping rights to three of the most essential store aisles before they can make their spicy guilty pleasure. The chef with the least successful dish will be eliminated, and the final two all-stars go head-to-head to see who can make the best 10-item winner's dinner after shopping for one ingredient per aisle. The victorious chef wins the tournament trophy, a generous gift in their name for No Kid Hungry and shop Flavortown Market for up to $35,000
Culinary titans Anne Burrell, Eric Greenspan, Jet Tila and Marcel Vigneron aren't spared Guy Fieri's twists when a bowling game selects some strikingly bizarre ingredients for a hearty lunch. Next, the chefs have to think outside the boxed foods and make their best dish using processed items from the middle aisles of the store. Then, the chefs experience real highs and lows when the feared Food Wheel determines the high-end and low-end ingredients in their A-list dinner. The winning All-Star chef goes on a shopping spree for charity worth up to $20,000.
It seems like Flavortown Market has miles of aisles, but the four competing chefs find out the hard way that even the biggest aisle can be limiting if it's the only one they can shop. Guy Fieri uses his newest game, the Aisle Wheel, to restrict the chefs to just one aisle in each round. He even throws in some of his own twists and turns along the way as the chefs are challenged to make a hot lunch, comfort food and dinner spread. Only one chef will make it out and go on to shop Flavortown Market for up to $20,000.
