Matt Michel is the owner of the Rolling in Dough pizza truck in Greenport, N.Y. He drives over to East Hampton and teaches Jeffrey how to make white pizza with roasted garlic ricotta, topped with zucchini and charred red onions.

Perfect Salad for Pizza
