International Paella Salad

Ina puts an international spin on this Spanish rice dish by adding Kalamata olives and slices of kielbasa sausage, and then to make it a salad she tosses it with freshly cut vegetables and serves it at room temperature.

East Hampton House Tour

Jeffrey and Ina's friend Deborah Berke was recently named the dean of Yale's School of Architecture. While Ina's preparing dinner, Deborah takes Jeffrey on a tour of some of the homes she's designed around East Hampton as well as some historic buildings she admires.

Jeffrey the Pizzaiolo

Matt Michel is the owner of the Rolling in Dough pizza truck in Greenport, N.Y. He drives over to East Hampton and teaches Jeffrey how to make white pizza with roasted garlic ricotta, topped with zucchini and charred red onions.

Perfect Salad for Pizza

Ina's leaving the pizza making to Jeffrey and making a side salad of arugula, prosciutto and Burrata. She tosses the arugula in a Dijon mustard vinaigrette and finishes it off with a drizzle of olive oil.

It's Friday at the Gartens' house, which means Ina's making chicken for dinner! On his way home, Jeffrey stops by The Bridgehampton Florist to get a surprise bouquet for Ina.

The start to any good dinner is a good appetizer. For her alfresco feast, Ina starts the meal off with a Greek Mezze Platter with Marinated Herbed Feta, pita chips and a few store-bought treats.
