For the final challenge, Eric Keppler made his Grandmother's signature fudge cake with layers of milk chocolate mousse and chocolate-pretzel crumble. The cake was topped with a smooth sour cream ganache, passionfruit-chocolate macarons and strawberry-chocolate macarons.
