Team Ghoul'd's devil-turned-machine wowed the panel with its striking design. "You guys came up with something I was completely not expecting to see for this challenge," judge Todd Tucker told the team.

Adorned with a blown sugar alien spider and an all-too-real-looking severed leg, this haunting design earned Team Ghoul'd top honors in the Small Scare challenge.

Team Ghoul'd earned back-to-back wins this week, following their striking Spine Chiller display featuring a pair of zombies at a party. "You're defying gravity too, which I find amazing. You guys never have an issue with things being off balance," judge Todd Tucker said, noting the team's dancing zombies.

Fresh off their Week 1 Small Scare win, the Morbid Masterminds prove their success was more than just beginners' luck. They claimed the top spot in the first challenge this week too, with their crazy-cool tech-savvy mummy, complete with a pumpkin computer and keyboard.

Once again, the Morbid Masterminds earned the win come the second round. Their alien dad wowed the judges, as Shinmin Li explained: "This piece moves. It travels forward until this guy is practically off the platform."
