How to Make Whipped Cream
Homemade whipped cream is a cinch to make, either with an electric mixer or by hand with a balloon whisk. To make the whipping easier, make sure both the cream and the mixing bowl are very cold.

Add 1 cup cold heavy cream to a chilled medium bowl. Using an electric mixer with a whisk attachment (or by hand with a whisk), whip until soft peaks form. Serve immediately, or chill until using.
