Imagine an everything bagel in bun form. If you have a carb-loving father, this will make his morning. Filled with cream cheese and that familiar seed mixture, these savory baked treats (pictured above) are the best of both doughy worlds. Serve them with smoked salmon on the side for a complete breakfast-in-bed option.

No dad will be able to resist this tried-and-true breakfast dish. The creamy hollandaise sauce alone will make him think he woke up in a hotel!

Skip the store-bought baked goods. While this sour cream coffee cake takes a little longer to make, mainly because you should wait until the cake is cool before glazing, it’s well worth the effort. Bursts of flavorful fig complement this cake, and the cinnamon-crumb top and bourbon glaze will have any dad licking his plate.

Whip up this four-ingredient meal and you probably won’t have to worry about making lunch. Start the steaks in a hot cast-iron skillet, then finish them in the oven. While the steak is resting, cook the eggs. It doesn’t get much heartier or easier than that!

Pizza for breakfast ... ah, now there’s a classic pick any dad has probably eaten a time or 20. Even though Ree’s 5-star breakfast option isn’t your leftover cold slice straight from the fridge, it’s a true crowd-pleaser. This pizza is loaded with bacon, bell peppers, hash browns, eggs and, of course, mozzarella; the easy salsa, which stands in for tomato sauce, really puts it over the top.
