No matter the weather, I love cold brew coffee. The only problem? Popping into my favorite cafe for a cold brew everyday can be hard on my wallet (and the environment).

Thankfully, there's an affordable, easy solution: this Takeya Cold Brew Coffee Maker on Amazon. It looks like an ordinary pitcher, but it turns out seriously delicious cold brew. Plus, you can use pretty much any ground coffee you’d like ... though I’m partial to this classic New Orleans blend.

Perhaps most importantly, this brewer is amazingly easy to use. You don’t need any paper filters or cheesecloth just fill the mesh filter with your preferred coffee, slowly pour over water until the pitcher fills, and let it sit overnight. In the morning, you’ll have cold brew ready and waiting for you. And if you don’t drink all six to eight cups at once, just remove the filter and use the pitcher as, well, a pitcher.

It might take some time to figure out your specifics to get your ideal flavor. Play with how much time you let it sit, or how many tablespoons of coffee you use. I like my coffee not-too-strong, so I usually use about eight tablespoons of coffee and let it sit for around 14 hours.

Hundreds of 5-star reviews back up this brewer’s ease of use, ideal fridge size and incredible value. And since it’s available on Amazon Prime, you could be brewing in just a couple of days!
