Are Grill Baskets Your Secret to Perfect Summer Fajitas?
These catch-all baskets make grilling meat and veggies together a no-brainer.

Summer means grilling season. And, here at Food Network, we believe that means every meal deserves the smoky, flame-licked flavor that only a grill can give — especially fajitas. But if taking the time to separately grill different meats and veggies feels like too much of a hassle, we have the summer grilling solution you’ve been looking for. Please, give a warm welcome to the grill basket, a catch-all grilling tool we’ve lovingly dubbed the "sheet pan of summer."
That’s right, the sheet pan dinner method we've perfected (seriously, if you don't believe us, check out all of our sheet pan recipes here) can now be applied to your grill. But that’s not the only reason this product gets rave reviews. Flaky fish like salmon get a delicious smoky flavor without falling apart mid-flip, and veggies like asparagus or sliced bell peppers get a beautiful char without falling between the grates and into the coals. Talk about simple, mess-free cooking.
For fajitas (which, at the very least, require one meat and a few sliced vegetables), a grill basket comes in handy. You no longer have to fill your kitchen with smoke and or your sink with multiple dirty pans to enjoy sizzling fajitas this summer. Rather, follow Food Network’s Fajitas in a Grill Basket recipe, and throw your seasoned skirt steak, chicken breasts and sliced veggies into a hinged grill basket, lock everything into place and let it cook. Once everything starts to brown and caramelize, open up the grill basket to reveal delicious fixings for your tortillas. We suggest topping yours with avocado, shredded cheese, salsa and lime for a meal fit for a perfect summer night.
