For the last few weeks, you’ve been tuning in to watch Michael Symon’s Facebook Live cooking demos as preps dinner at home every night during quarantine. And now, just in time for the start of grilling season, he’s heading outside for a brand-new TV series called Symon’s Dinners Cooking Out, featuring Michael’s best grilled recipes ideal for summer.

Premiering Sunday, June 7 at 12:30|11:30c, the first self-shot episode includes Michael firing up the grill to put a backyard spin on an old-school favorite, Chicken Parm Meatballs, and other Italian classics, like Mom’s go-to salad and creamy polenta. Each week he’ll start with a dish you know and love — think gooey mac and cheese, tender ribs and sweet apple crisp — then transform it on the grill with just a few simple techniques and some dressed-up flavors.

The first three episodes will air every Sunday at 12:30|11:30c, then beginning Monday, June 22, the final three will launch weekly on the Food Network Kitchen app, where you can find all of Michael’s step-by-step recipes on demand whenever you want. (If you haven’t checked out the app yet, download it today and sign up!)
