2 frozen peeled bananas
2 cups milk (see Cook's Note)
2 cups whole-milk Greek yogurt (vanilla or plain; see Cook's Note)
4 tablespoons smooth peanut butter
4 tablespoons chocolate syrup
If you buy a bunch of bananas and it looks like they might go bad before you eat them all, peel them, put them in a resealable plastic bag, and toss them in the freezer. They are great to have on hand for making smoothies or banana bread, and are a great guilt-free snack on their own, like a Popsicle! For a healthier option, use nonfat milk and nonfat yogurt.
