Special equipment:
a 1-inch round cookie cutter
  1. Use a 1-inch round cookie cutter to cut the centers out of each cookie. Outline the holes of half of the cookies with the pink icing, then pipe an undulating line around the outer edges. Flood the cookies inside the outline. Add sprinkles on top. Repeat this process with the white icing on the remaining 6 cookies. Let cookies stand until set, about 1 hour.
