The French 75 cocktail has been around for over 100 years. We love it because it’s very light, not too boozy and refreshing. Our twist to add hibiscus flowers gives it a great color.
Divide the gin, hibiscus syrup and lemon juice between 2 flutes or glasses that hold about 8 ounces each. Top the glasses off with Champagne and garnish with lemon peel twists or hibiscus flowers.
Cook’s Note
Hibiscus flowers in syrup are easy to find on the internet and are also available in some well-stocked grocery stores.
