Prep for Peeps Centerpieces

Fill the bottom quarter of Mason jars with your favorite brownie mix and bake as directed. Let cool completely, then top with green-tinted shredded coconut,Cadbury chocolate Mini EggsEaster-themed sprinkles and a duck-shaped Peep. To color 1 cup of coconut, toss with a drop of Leaf Green food coloring diluted in 1/4 cup water; let dry before using the coconut.
