Our Best ‘Max and Snacks’ Ideas
From viewing parties and movie nights to an entire weekend spent streaming your favorite show on Max, there’s no denying that it’s better to huddle around the screen with a few snacks in hand. And, what could top the classics you find at the movie theater concession stand? That’s why we’ve rounded up all our favorites right here. Soft pretzels, ice cream and candy galore—you’ll find all the treats you need to keep you snacking long past the previews, starting with this upgraded popcorn. It's still nice doused in plenty of salty butter, but gets a nice pop of flavor from garlic salt and grated Parmesan.
Pizza Rolls
These bite-size pizza rolls are just like a cheesy slice but even better (yeah, we said it). We stuffed ours with crumbled Italian sausage, pepperoni, pizza sauce and, of course, plenty of cheese, then fried them so their wonton skin wrappers get super crisp. We dare you to compare.

Air Fryer Potato Chips
These crunchy air-fryer potato chips are a salty, satisfying snack that’s a cinch to cook up. A mandoline makes fast work of slicing the potatoes paper thin. Rinsing the sliced potatoes before cooking will remove most of the natural starch and prevent the chips from sticking together.

Ina Garten uses a standard ice cream scoop to fill her cupcake tins to ensure the exact same size of cake every time. Use almond extract and vanilla extract in the frosting to mirror the flavors in the cake batter.

Peanut Butter Popcorn
This peanut butter popcorn is the perfect balance of sweet, salty and satisfying. Plain popcorn is tossed in a peanut butter caramel, then baked until golden and caramelized. It’s a quick, healthy, feel-good snack that hits all of the cravings, whether you’re curling up for movie night or need a mid-afternoon pick-me-up.
