  1. In saute pan, melt 1/2 stick of butter. Add plantains, nutmeg and brown sugar. Mix to combine. Remove pan from heat, add rum and banana liqueur. Using a long kitchen match ignite the liqueur. When the alcohol burns off add the orange juice and remaining 2 tablespoons butter. Stir to combine and serve in bowls with ice cream.
