Directions
Combine soy sauce, garlic, and sugar in oven pan. Add ribs and toss. Pour entire contents of oven pan into a double-bagged garbage bag. (White garbage bags are preferred.) Tie bag very tight. Let ribs marinade overnight in refrigerator. Flip bag in refrigerator a couple of times over 12 hour period. Preheat broiler. Place ribs in broiling pan with slotted top (so drippings will fall through.) Broil for approximately 45 minutes, turning ribs every 15 minutes. Use a fat separating measuring cup to separate fat from drippings from broiling pan if a sauce is desired.;
