36 ounces filtered water

12 tablespoons freshly ground coffee

1/4 teaspoon kosher salt


  1. Pour water into the water chamber of the coffee maker. Place coffee into an unbleached paper filter and sprinkle with the salt. Once brewed, immediately transfer coffee to a thermos to hold.
