Angela's Sweet Potatoes

1 stick butter

1 cup brown sugar

1 cup chopped pecans

1 cup coconut

2 trays sweet potato rounds (found in meat department) (recommended: McKenzie's Sweet Potato Rounds)


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a medium bowl, thoroughly combine butter, brown sugar, pecans and coconut to make a crumb topping. Place sweet potato rounds in a single layer in a large, lightly greased ovenproof dish. Cover with sugar-pecan mixture and bake until sweet potatoes are heated through and topping is melted.
