1 15-ounce can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

12 ounces mozzarella cheese

1 cup mayonnaise

1 cup Parmesan cheese

1/2 teaspoon minced garlic

1 teaspoon chives

1/2 teaspoon parsley

1 teaspoon lemon juice


  1. Mix all the ingredients in a 5 by 9-inch baking dish. Cook at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve warm with crackers or fresh bread.
