These are inspired by the snacks I ate growing up in the South: crunchy crackers wrapped in crispy bacon and served with a creamy herb dip. These are always a hit whenever I serve them!

Directions
Preheat the oven to 250 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cut each bacon slice crosswise into thirds. Wrap each piece around a cracker and place seam side down on the baking sheet. Bake until the bacon is crispy, about 2 hours. Let cool completely.
In the meantime, make the dip. In a medium bowl, combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, herbs, onion powder and garlic salt. Refrigerate until serving.
Serve the crackers with the dip.
