Blueberry Half and Half

Country music group Little Big Town's Kimberly Schlapman shares her recipe for blueberry iced tea with lemon.

4 blueberry tea bags

5 cups hot water

1/2 cup sugar

1 cup lemon juice

Blueberries, for garnish


  1. Tie the tea bags together and attach them to the handle of a small pitcher. Pour the hot water into the pitcher and steep for 5 minutes. 
  2. In a pot, combine the sugar and 1 cup water and heat until the sugar is dissolved. Pour into the pitcher and add the lemon juice. Stir and let cool. Serve with ice and garnish with blueberries.
