2 ounces rye whiskey
1/2 ounce Cynar liqueur
1/2 ounce sweet vermouth, such as Carpano Antica
2 dashes bitters, such as Angostura
1 strip orange peel
Stir the rye, Cynar, vermouth and bitters in a cocktail shaker. Strain into a coupe or rocks glass over ice. Garnish with the orange peel.
