This light and refreshing fruity spritzer was shown to me by pals, Cameron Diaz and Katherine Power, to celebrate the release of their rosé, Avaline. I think it makes the perfect addition to a weekend brunch menu!
Add the rosé and sparkling water to a large wine glass. Add the raspberries and lightly crush with a fork, so they release flavor whilst still holding some shape. Add some ice. Use a vegetable peeler to peel a slither of lemon rind, rub it around the rim of the glass, twist it, then drop it into the spritzer. Serve straight away.
