1. PLACE milk in small saucepan.

2. Cook over medium heat, whisking constantly to create foam, until milk is hot.

3. Using large spoon to hold back foam, pour milk into a mug.

4. Stir in coffee, Coffee-mate and caramel syrup.

5. Top with foam and sprinkle of cinnamon.
