1 stalk lemongrass, tender white part lightly bruised and sliced into 1-inch pieces
1 tablespoon light brown sugar
2 tablespoons raspberry puree
4 shots vodka (or lemonade)
1 bottle ginger beer
In a cocktail shaker, muddle the lime, lemongrass and sugar. Add in the raspberry puree and vodka (or lemonade). Add ice to the cocktail shaker and shake to chill. Strain the liquid into 2 glasses, top with ginger beer and serve.
