Coriander Spumante with Lime

Bunch of fresh coriander or cilantro, tied

1 (750ml) bottle of Asti spumante, chilled (recommended: Martini and Rossi's Asti Spumanti)

Juice of 1 lime


  1. Slightly bruise the coriander.
  2. In a pitcher, combine the coriander with a very chilled bottle of spumante, and add the freshly squeezed lime juice. Stir well.
