2 containers Minute® Ready to Serve White Rice

1 cup (6oz.) cooked, diced chicken breast

2 cups low-sodium chicken broth

1 cup frozen mixed vegetables


  1. Heat rice according to package directions. In medium microwave-safe bowl, combine chicken, broth and vegetables. Microwave on high for 5 minutes. Stir in rice.
