Ingredients

1 1/2 cups mayonnaise

1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard

3 tablespoons minced capers

3 tablespoons minced shallots

4 tablespoons mixed fresh herbs, such as chives, tarragon, parsley

Lemon juice, to taste

Salt, to taste

Cayenne pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together until well blended.
