12 ounces Penne, cooked and drained

1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

3 tablespoons olive oil

8 ounces fresh mozzarella, cut into bite size pieces

6 plum tomatoes, chopped

1/2 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped

Salt and pepper


In a large bowl toss the penne, balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Stir in mozzarella, tomatoes and basil. Season with salt and pepper
