Fontina Garlic Toasts

Ingredients

1 large loaf ciabatta, or other Italian bread, sliced

1 large garlic clove, halved lengthwise

1 cup finely grated Fontina

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. On a baking sheet, toast bread lightly in middle of oven. While bread is hot, rub top of each toast with garlic and sprinkle with Fontina. Bake toasts until cheese is melted, about 5 minutes.
