Directions
Cook 2 sliced garlic cloves and a pinch of red pepper flakes in olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add 1 bunch chopped Swiss chard, two 15-ounce cans butter beans (drained), 1 cup water and 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt. Cook until creamy, 3 minutes. Top with 3 tablespoons toasted panko. Serve with a mixture of 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, 1/4 teaspoon Dijon mustard and 1/8 teaspoon grated garlic. Drizzle with lemon juice.
