Cold Spinach Dip with Radishes

1 10-ounce package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry

2 cups chopped baby spinach (about 1 ounce)

1 cup sour cream

3/4 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

1 bunch scallions (white and light green parts only), chopped

2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives

2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

1 to 1 1/2 teaspoons hot sauce

Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper

1 cup diced radishes

Vegetable sticks, for serving


  1. Pulse the frozen spinach, baby spinach,sour cream, mayonnaise, parmesan, scallions, chives, Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce in a food processor until combined; season with salt and pepper.
  2. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and stir in the radishes. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour. Serve with vegetable sticks.
