These chocolate bites are perfect to keep in the fridge anytime you’re craving a chocolate pick-me-up. Whole-grain cereal gives them a satisfying crunch, while the raisins add a nice chew and extra sweetness. With only 2 grams of added sugar per piece they’re a nice alternative to store-bought candy and energy bars.

Directions
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Combine the chocolate and almond butter in a large heatproof bowl. Bring 2 inches of water to a simmer in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Place the bowl over the top of the saucepan and stir until the chocolate is melted and combined with the almond butter, about 3 minutes.
Remove the bowl from the heat and stir in the cereal and raisins, stirring until everything is coated. Scoop scant tablespoons of the mixture onto the parchment-lined sheet and flatten the mounds with the back of the spoon. Sprinkle with flaky salt if using. Refrigerate until hardened, about 30 minutes. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 10 days.
