Frozen edamame is a great frozen convenience product, ready in minutes. They are mild in flavor, so be bold with your seasonings, like this lemony garlic butter. Sesame seeds add a nice crunch to finish.

Directions
Cook one 14-ounce bag frozen edamame in the pod as the label directs. Meanwhile, melt 3 tablespoons butter in a small skillet over low heat. Add 3 smashed garlic cloves and 1 teaspoon each white and black sesame seeds; toast 3 minutes. Remove from the heat, remove the garlic and add the zest and juice of 1/2 lemon. Toss the edamame with the butter. Sprinkle with flaky salt.
