Directions
Combine the mayonnaise, pickled jalapeños, hot sauce, paprika, garlic powder and onion powder in a medium bowl. Fold in the grated cheddar until fully incorporated.
Transfer the dip to a serving dish and top with more chopped pickled jalapeños. Serve with chips and/or pretzels.
